Your next step starts here…
Specialized, time-limited trauma therapy (CPT & PE) and organizational consulting and clinical training for high-impact results in Colorado and across 40+ states.
Dr. Mandy Rabenhorst Bell
Let’s be honest, therapy is weird. It’s a unique, emotionally intimate relationship, and finding the right fit is essential. But, beyond the connection, you deserve a clinician who brings a high level of technical expertise to your recovery.
Change is hard. Not changing is also hard. It's okay if you're not sure you're ready for change. Maybe you're ready to be ready.
Based in Thornton, Colorado, and authorized via PSYPACT to serve clients in over 40 states, I am here for those who are ready to be ready. If you’re looking for a specialist who respects your time and intelligence, let’s schedule a consultation to see if Elevated Pathways is the right fit for your next step.
My Specialized Services

Specialized Clinical and Organizational Training: High-level clinical oversight and professional training for mental health organizations and healthcare systems.
A Structured Path to Recovery
Therapy shouldn’t be an open-ended mystery. Whether we are working on PTSD or relationship distress, my approach is active, data-driven, and time-limited.
Step 1: The Clinical Consultation (15-20 minutes)
We begin with a brief, no pressure call to ensure we’re the right fit.
We’ll discuss your stuck points and determine if my specialized protocols align with your goals.
Step 2: Evidence-Based Assessment (75-90 minutes)
Our first formal session is a deep dive. Using gold-standard diagnostic tools, we map our your clinical history and establish a baseline.
We don’t just “chat” - we start building the blueprint for your recovery.
Step 3: The 12-16 Session Protocol
Most trauma-focused work follows a structured roadmap that is tailored to your needs, goals, and values.
Weeks 1-4: Skill building and understanding the why behind your symptoms.
Weeks 5-10: Actively dismantling the beliefs and patterns keeping you stuck.
Weeks 11-16: Integration, relapse prevention, and preparing for graduation.
Step 4: Graduation and Beyond
My goal is for you to become your own clinician. Once we achieve a measurable symptom reduction, you “graduate.”
You can move into a maintenance phase or supportive care or confidently move forward with the tools you’ve gained.
“I really appreciated Mandy's care and concern, her humor, and her ability to make me open up.”
